In my brilliance I have so far left the lights on when leaving the golf a few times. Luckily I have turned round for a parting glance (I love it so much) and noticed and turned them off before the battery goes dead.
When they are on and I open the door there is no audiable warning.
My question is this..... Should there be a noise of some sort?
It would probably save me a non start one early morning when I should be at work.

Nope not as stock...
There are some aftermarket kits you can fit though...

Ahhh, well thats put my mind a ease, I thought it was something that I was going to have to fix
