this is gettin silly.........there's too many lists goin on !!!!!, we have already got a 'team sheet' on the other thread that has everyone who is going up friday & saturday AND sunday so we dont need another one

In regards to the other 2 lists i think you should just ask everyone who is going to edition 38 and is goin on the clubstand (which we already have a list for!!?)to pay £5 beforehand so we can pay for the flag!!?

just tell everyone who is goin on the thread for the next meet/ or when everyone is there just get a loud mouth (take ur pick) and just gather eveyone around

We need to keep things simple....................????? or am i just being miserable????

Maybe Matt, but with 30+ coming we need to try and get there early and get and hold a decent sized and placed plot, hence the coming early Friday list.

Everyone should now have had a PM about the t-shirts so leave that to drop off I guess.

The Flag was just to try and let people know about it here rather than merchandise, as I guess not everyone checks all the sections...

And now a list for those who think all these lists are un-necessary!

Its a tenner for the flag fund as we need two and they are £300.

If its going to be different from the original t-shirt then it costs £18 per screen plus vat..so £20 and if we need 2 screens made up thats £40..just for the screens.
Might get a bit expensive.
To be honest..I would be quite happy if people just wore a nomads t-shirt or hoodie.
Think the important thing is the flags.

yeah normal t shirts are fine!

just out of interest steph and jon, we have a banner already right? maybe we can get two of those made up and just put them on the poles if we cant reach the 300 mark?

Yep we do have a banner..they cost £90 each.
but dont think they will be any good to hold up on flag poles as they are quite heavy.

If everyone who is going to E-38 chips in a tenner we will be fine.

So bring a tenner to the next meet ..everyone thats coming

i can also get hold off some caution style tape and stakes to fence us in,i mean mark out our huge club stand boundary!

i've got some 'police line do not cross' tape

if i convert the republic money to english its about 350 quid i think.. but we will see what strings he can pull!!! ill let you know.. should be sick!
