e-38 it's coming soon! (Help Needed inside)

Hey Guys, Steve and I was talking about Edition yesterday at Volksfest.

Looks like it's gonna be a big one for the Nomads, over 24 cars on the weekend will make quite a club line up!

Anyway we came up with a couple ideas,

Firstly some of us are taking the Friday off work to get there early and get a good spot for the Nomads, so if any-one can borrow some Pig-tails so that we can section off the what will be Huge Nomad club area that would be great. So if you can let either Papa Steve or me know next meet that would help. As you can gather The area we're going to section off for us will be huge, a frontage for 20-odd cars and then all the tents behind.

Also if any-one know where to get those "surf-style" flags made up that'd be great too so we can have one each end of the club area.

Now, to the 20-odd of us that have put our names down, we're thinking of getting a Special "edition" (get it!) Nomads t-shirt printed up.
If you are on the list and would like one please can you pop your name down here. Remember we have to pay a "set-up fee" for any new designs, but if everyone on the list says yes then they should cost the same as the regular t-shirts.

Good shout John.... i think 2 surf flags are a must! our stand would look the nuts! i will ask my boss if we can borrow some "piggy tails" as john calls em!.. for sectioning off our territory, i think 3-peice has a good gazeebo we can use.
And of course me and Dubdread will be providing the Entertainment..... we are bringing guitars and bongo drums!!!! for a camp style sing-song..... bob-a-job!
so bring ya vocal chords and join in!

i think those flags are about £150 for a pair if you want them customised??

those flags are double expensive!

we run jetski racing! and 1 flag looks crapso you need 2!

but you cant find out a price! i think its worth goign to costco about the ez-up cos they have them for about 130 quid i think! would need 2 tho but ill buy one for use at my garage but the are top stuff for the money as the one i have is over 1200 quid!

I have drawn a plan for how the club stand should be set out..lol. So I should just sit on a chair and direct everyone ..hehehe
