GTI International - 21st to 22nd June 08

Hi peeps. I know it's way off at the moment, but I was wondering if we're gonna be having a show stand at this one? Maybe we should be having a word with the organiser's to see if this is possible?

I'm going to this one anyway, and was wondering if anyone else wanted to follow in a convoy? Don't know if anyone has been to this one before. But they take pictures of your car as you go in and you can have it on a poster, keychain (I think) or on a coffee mug. So i'm starting a list now

i went to the new venue last year, but i was put off by the awful weather.................and the camping.............OH MY GOD it was the worst i had ever experienced- ankle deep in mud and sheep poo , but i'm sure it will be lovely if the weather is nice

so count me and tom in (only if the weather is good)

I didn't camp, luckly it only rained for about about half an hour, then dried up lovely

Im definatly up for it and if we get a good group together it would be great to get a club stand. Matt was on club vr6 last year, so it gave us some much needed shelter on the saturday!!!

I wanna go cos it will be the last big show of the year for me cos im away from the tuesday after up until october.

Hopefully it will be better weather cos last year was awful, the grass was just a swap. My feet were wet for the whole two days! Thought i had trench foot by the end of it!!

Hopefully me and Steph can go.. so count us in!!!

Are we camping too?

Nope..we wont be going as I have much gravier matters to attend to...maybe make it for just the saturday..as the French Car Show is on the Sunday and Im on the stand...I keep reminding papa..but im sure hes trying his best to forget.

definatly campin it up!!!, its Pudex's last few nights in england for around 12 weeks so need to give him a good ol'nomads send off!!

Il have a dub by then, so im def going up! if you need any money for club stand, let me know, il be more then happy to donate some money towards

Any-one spoken to the organisers yet?

Apparently £25 for the weekend but can't see any camping?

i have organised a club stand but they havnt got back to me yet!!?, camping is elsewhere i'll try and source the number of the place we used last year
should be £10 per car per night

due to camping being VERY limited and has now ran out of spaces,

was thinking of camping at billing aqudrome??? £19 for the night??

anyone interested in that instead as its only 1/2 hour or so from the show???

u can book online too?? facilities are much much better too
