There was a lot of subliminal messages whist I was eating, you turning to me and saying "buy a corrado" sounded just like you were saying "buy a corrado".

The little lady liked it but now we need a test drive and then a car we like.

It is the money, time and wanting to do something else this time that makes me think VR6 Corrado. The engine attracts me and then in that body just gets me.

Well the hunt has slowed down as I have been trying to work out how to insure it if I don't sell the Golf first.

I saw that one but would have to fly to Newcastle to then possibly drive it back....

At that money I would have to sell the Golf first but it is supercharged and ready to go.

Rado's are not head decisions they are all Heart decisions! Absolutely no logic involved!

Golf still needs to be finished.... I am close but need another few weekends.

Issues with that car, it is blue, the rear exhaust box is not my preference and neither is the interior. Finally it doesn't yet look the way I would want and is at the upper end of my budget. A long way away, to get a test drive could cost me a lot of money.

For the car, it has had the engine work I would want done, however I don't know how 'well' the engine is.

I am interested, if it was closer I would certainly take a look but at that distance and with those things that don't make it perfect, I think I can wait a little longer.

Damn, Geoff, it's a real minter, low miles (remember they will be over 12 yrs old) The Blue looks like it could be "Storm-blue" (temp memory loss as to real colour name), 1/2 leather-Alacantara interior, and all the rest is quality stuff! Ok the wing-vent's not great, but function over form there I think!

Back-box can be sorted, the interior can be swopped (probably for heated leather straight out if you want that) and if you don't like the BBS well then there's about £1500 to spend on new wheels straight away!
