really? im glad you think so, im planning to wind it a bit lower some time in the very near future cos it looks a bit like a monster truck at the mo, i just dont have a jack also i need some spacers for the rears as ive got about 20mm to play with to bring them out into the arch. another interesting thing, i never fully appreciated what affect the rolling resistance of wider wheels has on fuel economy ive lost a good 5mpg on motorway runs. however it might just be my terrible attempts at setting up the geometry thats adding to the problem (eg. front wheels look like this /-------/ if you get me? lol!). either way, NOT cool.

Looks like you just need an afternoon to set em up properly dude, shout if you need a hand.

yeah it does need sorting, do you know the proper way to align the camber on them its just adjusted by a moveable bolt but i have no way or guaging what kind of camber it will take when on the floor, its just been alot of trial and error so far.

Basic stuff, stick a spirit level on the wheel, line it up roughly. Keep lowering onto a ramp or the floor. Not perfect but cheap.

i think i missed the vital part of that when i last tried, the spirit level! the thought never even crossed my mind to use one il have to give that a try, saves a big bill getting the pros to do it thanks dude

had a good day fettling the suspension today in the snow covered drive, dropped it about another 30mm and sorted the camber to realise how far out the tracking really was! i most definately had the broken camber look going on.. got that sorted at a local kwik fit then couldnt get it off the ramp lol! that made me happy despite having to take the front lip off to get down, also made a good snowplough in this recent weather. then had to take a quick trip to a tesco carpark for a snowdrifting session, ive never laughed so hard. but overall im back in love <3

right havent updated in a while been working all the time so havent been able to get on much. since last ive removed the plastic arch trim rolled the arches and got the new wheels on! kept me happy for a while but i think im getting bored, i can feel the rattlecan beckoning... had a little photoshoot by a dockyard with the girlfriend so il be sure to upload..
