dont worry ol "lowlife" (lol joking buddy!!) something will always pop up! i was looking at the ad about the KR you were buying and its not actually the right one for you anyways, because that KR was a speacial engine which used a swirl chamber in the inlet manifold which dont have the right coilcuffs you need, the right size ones you need are a mere 1.3mm unlike this one in the ad were the coilcuffs are 1.73mm!

i looked at is is 6 pin twist cam aswell

yes, your right, "twist cam" is VWs answer (back in the day) to Variable Valve timing. crazy stuff man!

Yeah but they only work if you've got the plastic wobble baffles in sync.

mite hav to get dubsy to build me a wood crank aswell, for wieght saving!!! china fly wheel, should be able to see me a extra 6bhp

yer shouldnt be a problem dude, as the dubs not going to be "published" till next year so i can take my time on it, another positive about the wooden cranks i handcraft, is that not one is the same.

il get started on it now mate, thing is if i use Bolsa wood its very good and light!! but it lacks durability, or i can use oak but isnt as light but is very durable!

and i wouldnt use a china flywheel as its not heavy enough to turn the engine thro its dead spot in the engines cycle! i read a thread on edition 38 and the bloke had to take his gearbox out again and replace it with a treated copper plated one!
