| Whilst I don't doubt the builders put their passion in their work, the owners often do not truly understand the scene. It means that some of these cars are now out of the reach of most home builders and what the home builder can do is not respected as much. It is ruining the air-cooled scene where split screen campers now cost over 1k per windows, sometimes without even an mot. Having sad that, your own talent should never limit your ideas but you could join a good group, make some friends, buy some beer, be part of it and people will help you out.  | |

| As long as they don't think they're better than anyone else, let em throw their money about. To me all it does is showcase what a good or bad job some garage can make of your ride. Whether on a budget or throwing cash around, just be true to your DUB.  | |
