Cali or Doug..help needed please.

Hi there...there are a few members on the Facebook Nomads page that are saying that they cant log in...they have set up numerous accounts but kept getting told that they are entering the wrong username or password.
Is it possible to find out whats going wrong....thank you

The forum support staff have not been helpful, I have tried several things and it seems a glitch in the forum when we use the nomadsvw.co.uk domain. Some people email me and I tell them what to do as my email address is the support one.
The next step is to remove the link that lets the forum know it is nomadsvw.co.uk so I will do that today and see what happens.

OK, forum name has been removed from the backend. UPDATE: www.nomadsvw.co.uk does not take you to the forum

i would also like to confirm that i spoke to several peeps how cant get on the site too.

they can read it but not log in bla bla

As expected, this has killed our www.nomadsvw.co.uk link which is not good as it is our main URL link. The help forum was so rude and unhelpful that I nearly lost it with them.
