auto gear box

sorry not been on here for a while, been bussy ect.

ive broke my car. ive hit the gear box on the floor one too many times and now ive only got first gear, it wont change up.

anybody know much about auto boxes or have anyideas

i would say youor options are either rebuild it which will either be expensive or the biggest puzzle of your life

or find another one and fit that , i would do some research on clubgti etc first

you could also take it down to Ian at apsley transmissions

find out if the mk3 auto box fits ? that should broaden your search

you might want to consider raising your engine gearbox on 'puks' give youmore clearance
