Subject: ABF swap to an auto Mon Dec 22 2008, 22:08
ive been considering making the swap to 16v power in my cabby recently but the one thing throwing me off is the gearbox i have being an auto, i havent managed to get a difinitive answer yet as to wether the two would mate up properly, i imagine the 16v's were made as auto too? if anyone knows telling me would make you exceedingly cool, i promise

ABF,s 2.0l 16v engines were used in the Passat and sharan, surely some of these would be auto,s!!!
