| hey man! i see you tearing round st.albans all the time car looks really good dude. Im not a polo man myself so all i could suggest would be look for some mk2G60 arches and see if you can get them to fit? failing that look at other smaller cars that are available with plastic arch extensions and buy some of them? most wheel arches are round so im assuming that something VW would fit? have you thought about mk1 golf arches for instance? I also know a guy who do does arch rolling/flaring and I could have a word to see if he could do you a deal? let me know bud Dash | |

| It depends what tyres your running on your wheels mate and how far the tread pokes out? if your running stretch leagally you only have to cover the tread leaving the arch. your wheels can poke out up to 30mm! an example of that would be im running ET33 wheels that are 19x9 im running 215/35/19 at the rear and the tread sits a futher 10mm or so inside the wheel where the tyre wall has been stretched to fit the wheel. so if you look down the side of my car you can see the rim actually pokes out at the rear but the tread doesnt leave the arch. its very hard to explain in words but if you come to the meet on thursday I can explain and show you what I mean You'll get a few different sized wheels to have a look at too so you wont be stuck for choice | |

| I think i understand you, my tyres are stretched so they come out further than the rim, so my tyre comes out 3 inches or so, so i would have to cover the tread. Where is this meet, i would be intrested in going might even bring a few guys | |

| Hey, I've got a mk2f breadder so a little different but had to roll, cut and flare my arches just to get the wheels to fit in there, the only arch trims you can get are only trims, not extensions, your best bet would be to flare your arches [professionally, it is quite hard to keep swage lines and such] but it might mean needing a spray, how come I've never seen you before, I always notice polo's! | |
