As you kno I've got my new wheels
They are 15 x 6j
Was goin for 195/45 r15
But a friend suggested to go for 185/45 15 for a little bit more tuck
I want to go for the latter but I think it might make the car a bit undrivable
What u reckon boys and girls?

i have no personal experience with that particular fitment but im assuming the more tyre surface area you have on the road the more grip/traction etc you have?
you might want to try www.wheel-whores.com fitzy and click on tyre stretch. it will give you pictures of every possible combination of tyre/wheel fitment.
not the best advice i guess but would give you an idea on what the tyre is going to look like on the wheel and what the stretch is like.
hope it helps

Depends on how low your going, if your only dropping around 40mm or so, I'd stick with 195.

I'm bot slamming it to the floor as it'll look like a chavvy saxo! Only goin about 40 - 50mm The reason I asked about the 185's is not because I want it to look stretched (let's be honest u can't get stretch on a wheel that narrow!) its because I'm spacing my wheels out about 10mm and didn't want it rubbing on my soon to be lovely new arches

should be alright with 195 's as you kn ow it completely depends on the brand as to how wide they actually are , and you can camber too to clear the arch, are you rolling them before paint BIG RED style
