I think the rears fit straight in but the mk3 front subframes are too wide for a mk2 so you will need to cut one side off and weld it in a bit closer. sounds harder than it actually is tho.
I did see a guide somewhere on another forum a while back so if i can find ill post a link.
please do. i can find more, cheeper and better condition mk3 leathers than mk2

Funny you should ask as ive just put an ad in the for sale section for my old leather interior from my vr6 so have a look if your interested, But generally the go for anythink between £250 and £400 depending on the spec and condition.
