| rite lads i need a 2-3 car workshop / garage to rent in the herts area cant be loadsa money dont mind paying for the right place
has to be 24hr access or at least till late electric water secure (can make secure if right place )
whatcha got people ?? | |

| I had a problem trying to find something with Knighty, the problem was the 24hr access and the cost. One of them would allow me to work on the cars for a good time but not actually drive them in and out. Another wanted to charge me more than my mortgage. | |

| Best Bet is a farm. They will generally rent out a building for reasonable money, as long as you're sensible with times etc most farmers will see it as an extra income (normally for Cash-money too)
Could be worth all of you who are looking to club together and get a medium unit? | |

| They were all farmers I was speaking too, they are wising up to the knowledge that the councils are on the look out. However, someone will be willing so we should knock on doors. | |
