| So few weeks back i sold my mk3 at last.....  then today i picked this up         its so clean i could nearly eat my dinner off the engine  1986 56k Mint interior apart from drivers seat Engine bay clean as a whistle Needs some work on the gearbox as its whining quite a bit, sounds bad  So yeah i mean just wanna be able to drive it daily and have no issues to be honest... just really after Slammed G60 steels 7 slat single headlight grill sort out some of the paintwork issues sort out speakers and stereo Recaro OEM interior? OEM to the max. we shall see. oppinions? FAO dubsy.... i hope your proud  | |

| i paid 700, its had alot spent on it, really looked after, and it shows in the way it drives, its a great little car! | |

Drop the oil in the box and bung some synth in it should sort that out, does it shift cogs OK? | |

| cheers guys! wanted something nice and tidy to start as a base, its got a few things that are bugging me, but not as bad as the mk3, and the paintwork is actually in really good cond!
jon, shifts ok, sometimes i can feel it being a wee poop, but usually its alrite!
steve- thanks mate! wanted to go with something a bit older, will try and sort the gearbox problemo out sometime

| yeah man its all about the old school, i wanted to go older, and its so nice to have something thats actually sort of... basic i guess! mk1 was way too much rust and engine work for me, so ill get one at a later stage....
gold- cheers mate, hopefully will be cleaning her up alot soon.
fitted the new carpet mats for her today, lifted up the rear bench and found myself a rechargable torch, good times! | |
