Hi guys had a look on Gumtree and found this http://www.gumtree.com/p/flats-houses/storage-workshops-units-available-from-25pw-located-near-tring-from-200sq-ft/91655205#gallery-item-full-7 I was looking at the £90 a week oak barn between a few of us might be a cheap thing to look at doing, 17ft by 46 ft not sure how many cars would fit in there but maybe worth a look.

keep an eye out for farms / industrial unbits etc with storage too guys
i would imagine peeps with the sort of thing your after may not be intranet savvy
