Ok, this is an IQ test given to job applicants in Japan. The average time to complete the test was 15 minutes, anything faster would indicate an above average IQ or trial and error luck.
There's no point in cheating, so please read the rules/guidelines below and then click on the link to take the test. Time yourself. It is quite tricky and puzzling TBH, but there is a logical answer.
The following rules apply:
* A maximum of 2 people on the raft at a time.
* A minimum of 1 person on the raft, as long as they can operate it.
* The Father cannot stay with any of the daughters, without their Mother's presence.
* The Mother cannot stay with any of the sons, without their Father's presence.
* The thief (striped shirt) cannot stay with any family member, if the Policeman is not there.
* Only the Father, the Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the raft.
