Hello everyone, Just been sent over here from Club Gti, was searching for someone in the Watford/Garston area that I've seen cruising around in a slammed caddy, on ATS classics ??

Also saw what happened to Calamari's Mk2 !! As I live just round the corner - AGH.

Anyhow, I own or have owned , a 1970 Bug, an '83 mk1 golf driver, an '81 mk1 golf GL, an '86 mk2 golf C, an '89 Polo Ranger, an '83 VW transporter panel van and an '86 BMW 525i.

Have a LOAD of car stuff to catch up on, so I'm hoping to do that then I'll be up and about.

In the immediate pipeline.

Weld up holes in the E28's floor and sills, put it back together and MOT it.

Rebuild the entire rear braking system on the Van and MOT it.

Rebuild the mk1's front end, put my coilovers on, tax it and drive it.

Do the head gasket on the mk2 ( as its naturally pissing oil over its alternator ) the high speed runs to Hatfield everyday are slowly taking their toll !!

Hours of fun.

I had off the bits I thought were worth anything and they took the rest. Even the engine was shafted and I had just had enough, I asked them about buying it back but they said it had to go to a salvage company as it can never be returned to the road. I would have argued but did not have the heart to as I don't have a garage to leave the wreck in whilst I dismantled and ebay it.
