Obviously nothing better to do!!!!!

Got a letter from my housing association saying I have 5 days to remove the Mk1 golf and mk1 polo...Aaron is ment to be taking the golf..so he better do it quick...the polo is for steve to use for work as his 2.8 is a gas guzzler..lol.
Also got blamed for the old trollops Blue golf that she give to ginger..nice!
I know who has complained..the pr@t in the corner that parks his car so 3 parking spaces are taken up..he also has sectioned off part of the housing associations green so its now his garden.
Has this bloke got nothing better to do with his time..the mk1's are right up the top not in anybodys way and I have seen him looking up at us.
He also knows that the blue golf was here before I even lived here and has already grassed ginger up for no tax..so why has he blamed me for it.

My advice call them up steph and complain about him. Honestly, what a tosser. If you tell them the story behind the mk1's I am sure they will have no problem at all, as they are NOT! abandoned. Seriously, ask to speak to the department manager, and just have a polite chat, and explain about the trollips golf, and how steve is getting the mk1 ready to use as a commuter. I am sure they will have no beef. At the moment all they have is his word, and who knows what that sour old git has said. He almost ran me over last weekend. Then looked back and smirked. I still think if he carries on he and I are going to have words one day.

Did phone them..but the people I need to speek to arnt in today! surprise..so will have 4 days left by the time I actually get to talk to them..they said they will be removed 10 days from the date of the letter that is dated 4 july.
He knows perfectly well that the Blue golf was gingers and not mine..and that it used to be mistys car..so why is he trying to blame me for it.
just worred about the polo..will be good to get it mot'd and taxed and park it in "his" parking spot just to pi55 him right off..silly pr@t!!!!!
might also complain about his fence that he has put around the land that is not even his property..so they get him to take it down.
im in a totally foul mood now...oh sweet sweet revenge!

i had this with one of my neighbours the other week, had a escort used to use for work until recently, was all legit then tax ran out 4 days later got a green sticker slapped on the window from the council, proper wound me up.

Take pictures Steph, show them how he parks, and the fence. What a nut bag, ball sacking idiot he is. It really winds me up. I saw him eyeing us out on the weekend, when he was making that infernal raquet with his wood working machine. Pratt.

What legal position do they have to ask you to move them?
Is it a private street?
Do you have a set number of spaces?

If it is private road then tax does tax actually count?
I don't think that five days is enough time, hope you can sort it out.

The close is a private road..and the police cannot touch cars parked at the top...but the association can ask you to move them..obviously if they get a complaint.
Stupid as where they are parked nobody else parks there...but he can take up 3 parking spaces with one car!!!
from now on I will let lollypop play down near his house..just to wind him up as he hates that...but cant do nothing about it if she is not causing any damage..as its communial..hahaha.

Steff Don't worry about it, they'll probably be fine with you.. explain the situation, be calm. Then once that's sorted ask casually what their policy is about badly parked cars and fencing off communal grounds..

I had this with a landlord once some-one complained about the "New" VW Camper that had turned up... So he sent me a letter asking me to leave as I was taking up too many spaces with all my cars. Called him up and explained my cars were in other's spaces with their permission, and the new ca,pre was actually another neighbour who'd bought it to restore... Landlord couldn't apologise enough!

When It's all done we'll all come over and poo in his letterbox!

Also if anyone is bored they could help me write a nice letter of complant about his parking and stupid fence...I tried but its a bit silly. have photos to back it up..hehe..also his dog seems to be making a lot of noise reciently..yap yap yap! and fouling about the area.
I also think he should wear a bag over his head as he makes me feel sick!

nah what you want to do is put a big fish in his bonnet or under his car.. or in his electrical box,, the smell will be ransi after a while.. and if you hide it enough it will take him weeks to find it haha!!

Dog fouling's a council matter... write to them, explain you have a young daughter who is at risk of playing with dog muck an catching all kinds of nasty diseases!

James's idea's good but Frozen Prawns work so much better as they have a "time-dely" factor while they defrost, plus as they do they let Prawn water out into the heater system... not nice and will take a strip-down to remove no doubt!

Steph, photograph his parking position, and the fenced off bit of the green write a letter, I think they have inspectors. I know the council do.

Freinds had problems with unruly neighbours in grovehill, and they said take pictures of the rubbish, the sofas on the garden, and note the times that they leave the speakers in the garden all night.,.. on very loudly.... I may add.

She submitted it all and it was dealt with very quickly.

Maybe someone can house the polo for you until it dies down?

That stupid moaning a-hole is still at it..this morning he was standing in front of the Polo writing stuff down and now to top it off...the nextdoors kids snapped a branch on a tree up a bit from his house..and my daughter just so happened to be standing near them..so he came out and started taking pictures of them and blaming my daughter aswell.

Deviant is wright. Sit down and sketch a lette complaining about him, and is his outlandish behaviour, and how he is victamising you. Take pictures of how he parks his car so no one else can park around that area, also take pictures of his homade fence and shed, and say its a danger to the children playing around there. I would also state in the letter that he harras and takes pictures of the local children???? Play him at his own game. Lets see how he likes getting letter from the association. If he wants to complain about us working on the cars, compain about him doin woodwork infront of his house with that huge "dangerous circular saw" that he leaves unattended. Also its very lound. If I were you I would start making his life a misery then maybe he will get the idea. I just cant belive this pilock. I am still hedging my bets that he knocks a kid down one day the way he drives through there.
