eh up nomads thought id get some pics up of the new motors in my life , hadda busy year of sellin and buying last year

first the red barron went to mat and was replaced with this


for £750 it didnt look like that wen i bought it i hasen to add it was 90's blue/purple and had very rotten front arches
and sills so 2 new wings 21quid each and some welding a couple of rattle cans gti rear lights debaged grill new front brakes

we have the wifes car....

its standard goes very welll and ferrys small people around . lookin for OZ superturismo's for it now....


i loved it so much i sold 'georgi' my 1.4 slow coach to chenn , and bought this................





ANOTHER R-reg CL Tdi for £700 cheaper than the mrs one and allot less rot again new brakes and some cheaky
jom coilies as the camel ride was doing my nut in and fuel filter/oil etc mot in march

then its keskin time


am lovin it good power and economy i plan to do an egr delete and an ebay 'box' s i can hunt bazza's better

1 question anybody gotta VAGCOM so i can check mi fault codes etc idealy V5.x upwards ???

well been gettin 40 mpg for a while so went and saw a cgti boy with vagcom

discovered engine is not getting hot enough ???? which is retarding the timing

hence no smoke and 40 mpg so need to change thermostat .

he also deleted mi EGR on vag com which got me home a little quicker i think

once thermostat is changed should get better economy and once MOT done

gonna knock out mi cat too

I can only dream of 40mpg in me rado lol

i need a cheap little runaround like this myself at some point soon.

what kind of MPG should you be getting out of interest?

should be gettin 60mpg ! thats 600 miles from a tank ....

they are very good engines if you can find one attached to a body thats not rotten

its a winner, concidering its an old man car its pretty poky too
