Classic car show - Last Sunday @ Berko

Few pics from the weekend - there was a real mix of cars there, but as usual I was only really drawn to the 80's & 90's cars, and the dubs (and a few Fords, I wanted an RS Turbo or Sapphire Cosworth SO much as a teenager). This was my first proper effort at taking some pics at a car show, pretty happy but I think some pics of the people there would've been cool - fluffed up a pic of the DB6 owner's wife, which was a shame cos she was pretty glam with a Champagne on the go - would've made a perfect shot with the car as the backdrop! I need more guts to go out and just ask people for shots.

nice pics tho i love a mk2 and a karmman and is that cortina is that got the lotus engine ?

Thanks mate, yeah was a nice little show to be honest, nice atmosphere I thought. Going to keep my eyes out for similar events around here and exercise the camera a bit.

Very tempted to get a mk2 (or for some unknown reason, a Breadvan) and start going to things like this. Yeah Lotus motor was in a very tidy Cortina, with the classic green wedge painted on the side.
