As some of you will know (and many will not) many, many years ago a much younger but less good looking couple of guys met up at the ACE cafe and decided to try to start a Herts based ClubGTi meet. This group grew a little until it found some kindred spirits and merged to form the great club we all know now.

Turns out some crazy fools from ClubGTi are again trying to form a local chapter but this time they are doing it for London but again at the Ace Cafe.

How about we convoy down and see them and show them the Nomad style.

There meet is on 27 March 2012 @ 6.30 / 7.00 pm.
That might be a little early for the 'mads so what time can people make?

Sure, we would be a visiting club. There first meet so they would like as many cars as possible.

Can't do this without you Dan, it wouldn't be the same.
We could go as two groups if there are a lot of us there, or we could all go later together?

Need to find a place to meet, with quick access to the M1 for us to cruise down together.
We will get split up getting onto the North Circular but then can regroup as we roll in.
But I might get there early to talk to the organiser.....

Was a good meet.....reminds me off south end back in the day with cars just booting it up and down and some fool in a lexis donuting around the round about!!........

Good to see you all.
We didn't exactly meet up with the ClubGTi folks but did find each other.
Some of those cars in the car park were pretty special, some of the drivers on the road were the other type of special.
Following Matty in his R32 was also fun, we need to take that to the pod. Very Happy
