| another update mot passed after replacing the front tyre so next step was to remove both side fairings and fit the stainless steel race manifold (along with new exhaust gaskets and stainless steel manifold bolts (one for you dan! ha!) titanium pipe fitted

| After taking it for a spirited ride to scrub the front tyre in i have discovered that the new front brake pads i have bought are..........................sh1t
so some more hard core pads will be ordered next month | |

| its a bit of both to be honest - it stops ok but they dont really start stopping until i'm half way down the lever i have bled them loads i think they are just rubbish! so today i ordered a set of EBC HH sintered so should all be well again! suspension isnt set up and to be honest i'm not great at stuff like that - theres loads of knobs / dials and adjustments i just get confused by it all!! ha! | |

| The VFR goes out every week in rain or shine but the R1 is being preserved for good days. We just don't seem to be getting any good days when I am free to ride. | |
