I'm new here. Was told about this site by Dashworth on here through a message from him on the Edition forum.

My name is Dennie Joshua Martin, but please call me Josh or D.J.

I live in Potton in Bedfordshire. But do spend alot of time normally down in Stevenage.

I'm just about to buy next month my second Dub (a Polo 6n 16v). Currently i'm driving around in a Corsa Sport 1.6.

I'm into my bmxing, skateboarding, love my music (pop/punk and Dubstep mainly), and love working alot on my cars.

I'm hoping to go to meets with you lot very soon when i'm in the Polo. Will be trying to go to as many shows as possible too. Always good when the Pod and Silverstone are so close to home, and Northampton too for Ed38.

I'm hoping i'll be able to show my face at meets by the end of next month. As 3 weeks til payday and the cash for the Polo, and then just got to rely on my Corsa being sold, so I can pay for the first bunch of mods on it.

Thanks to everyone for the kind welcomes. Always nice to find people who are Dub mad, and not chavs.

Found the site fine thanks Dash, will defo put pics up of the Polo when I get it. Been looking at loads of 6n's. Just don't know which color to get. I'm stuck between, Black, Silver or the Dark Blue. Not sure about black though, as i've owned 2 now that color, and I hate them in the summer. lol Shouldn't be long though now til I get the Polo. Just awaiting next months payday, and then my Corsa is almost looking mint meaning I can sell it for good money (coming from a Corsa ). So should be modding it pretty much days after getting the car, as I know Corsa's and i've sold 2 with 24hours. Haha

That reminded me of when my nephew sold his Clio...it was gone 20 mins after posting it on Gumtree...lol.

Now lads, should I get myself a Polo this month coming, or save up some more til my road tax and insurance runs out on the Corsa, so I can get a proper decent Polo in April???

I know I need one that's good enough mechanic wise to survive Worthersee this year.

What you lot think I should do, save up some more, or get one in February?

I'd wait till April personally and get a decent olop. For the sake of waiting for an extra couple of months essentially you'll get something that's a much better base to work with and will be less hassle in the long run..... even if you do have drive round in the chav mobile for a bit longer lol

Plus my Corsa isn't majorally a chavmobile, has I have a rear Irmscher Airdam on the front, and some nice 15" Cav SRi Slabs which aren't common to find. Not Ripspeed alloys and a combat kit. Think i'm the least chav driving one. Skateboard in the back, bmx sometimes, dressed as a scene/emo lad alot, and if it isn't Dubstep out the sub it's really heavy rock, or pop/punk.
