New guy from High Wycombe, recently bought an '86 MK2 in Gambia red standard 1.3 carb. Heard about this from a few people, thought I'd see what its all about and hopefully come up to some meets. Will post some pics soon.

Waiting for a nice sunny day till I take some pics, given that I'm still a young'un with no money, only planning subtle (uncostly) mods keeping the 1.3 for a while due to insurance reasons haha,

So, sorry for the delay, I managed to find some pictures from the previous owner - my camera still isn't working - also nothing has really been done since I bought it except for a bit of filling and spraying and also bits of exterior door trim falling off Surprised

given that I'm actually still on L plates (being only 17 haha) most my money is spent on lessons.

But anyway, I thought this would would be a good place to make some mates and learn more about the cars themselves Smile
