| had a bit of a nervy day today as i watched my car go off for mot, its the 1st one while ive owned the car and was crapping it a bit, but gave it a check over and replaced a few bits wheel bearings etc as well as the coilovers hich have recently gone on. and she only gone and passed  over the moon and have now got a year to play with it | |

| My Golf failed on Tuesday due to a light bulb and top mount. The nice people at VW wanted a lot of money to replace them. I did it in under 70 minutes for both and the bulb. Full green was restored this morning.
I hate MOT's.
Old top mounts were 10 months on the car and were sourced from VW but the ones gone in now are more solid looking. Maybe they can take more than 10 months. | |

| thanks guys, i think the mot station were more worried that i damaged their ramp getting it on lol, noise was bit of an issue, had the same last year wih my polo but its down the the testers discretion - Quote :
