| just was looking on edition38 forum ( don't ask ) but saw that the rado went to the same bloke who won the raffle (and wagen of course) two years ago....seriously WTFmadness |

| That is kinda illegal.
There's a whole regulation thing about fixed competitions, chances of winning etc - either this is a coincidence and it was straight or someone should be worried that they're facing a criminal conviction...
Members winning judged competitions is different, of course, but this is a wee bit shady (unless he bought 100 tickets?).. | |
