The Bozouku gang used to be bikers and terrorise anywhere they were with the loud insane bikes and general scaryness of there actions and behaviour. They have softened over the years, taken to cars and are still an underground movement. They meet at a big Tokyo show once a year but other than that they are still quite underground. I love subcultures, and if you can find the info its worth a read or just a look at the cars. Some are cool, other not so cool but all are insane.
