| Heya! I'm from Canvey Island in Essex and I drive a mean looking and sounding Corrado G60 If I'm not working, I'll be coming to the meet on Thursday, though don't expect to see me when the fireworks start!! Lis *waves at Jon/VW deviant and Andy/Yeti* | |

| Oh cool, I don't remember seeing a silver polo opposite but there were a LOT of polos that went - sorry Needless to say, I won't be looking like Amy Winehouse on Thursday | |

| Makes a change, more Corrados than Golfs or Polos, eh! Thanks all for the warm and somewhat questionable welcomes | |

| You haven't heard it running yet: - bag of spanners when cold and erratic idle.... bad times! - full throttle with the loud exhaust note and charger whining - good times | |

| Welcome Lisa... be good to have a little Rado convoy up on Thursday... I'll bring some ear-plugs for you so those nasty fireworks don't scare you ok? We HAVE to get yours and Smithy's G's into a tunnel side by side too, awesome sounds! | |

| Stage 5 rebuild with 68mm pulley (needs another rebuild very, very soon ) SNS chip Pipe 270 degree cam RSR charger outlet Boost return removed Piper 270 degree cam and kent adjustable cam pulley Solid front engine mount (which I think has just recently snapped due to the dodgy idle/kangarooing thing when cold lol) Fully ported throttle body Jetex cone filter and shield (I'll be replacing this with the original airbox once the charger has been rebuilt) Full stainless steel exhaust, de-catted, centre silencer box removed with a Magnex 4x6" oval backbox.. in other words, pretty much straight a through exhaust system When I first got the G a year and a half ago, it was running 192.5bhp and 195lb/ft which isn't too shabby | |

| I notice the idle is very lumpy even when it runs right I've never driven a standard G60 so wouldn't notice a difference with the cam apart from that it would probably feel a lot slower. The boost return deletion & RSR outlet gives out highly SEXUAL noises on boost ... one of my fav things about having a G-lader I have been tempted to save up for a BBS Lysholm charger but have read some horror stories about them after just a couple of thousand miles! | |
