My mk2 golf. 1.6 diesel (2 door mk1 wanted) or £1600

Selling my mk2 golf really really don't want to but havnt been driving long and insurance is a killer, although milage balances it out I need a smaller engined car

Good points:

Last week I had 580miles to a tank of fuel.
All rust treated with panels replaced, valance under rear bumper, new front wings with repeaters smoothed, Ariel smoothed too aswell as under the front bumper.
Resprayed original colour, although I assume there was water in the airline as some places have little dimples in the paint ( respray by previous owner )
Smoked cross hair head lights
Upswept tail pipe
Starmags 13x7 ET6 all with good tread
Has a momo 280mm in currently but won't be coming with the car so need to find another wheel ASAP
Rear wheel bearing just done.
Camber shims with washer to sort toe
Carrado front seats
Rainbow rears
New floor mats
Alpine head unit
Coilovers fronts are free havnt tried the rears
Sure there's more but can't think at the moment.

Bad points:
Scratch above petrol flap, will photograph ASAP
Paint wise obviously the odd water drop previously mentioned and the drivers front arch and a bit of burnt paint from previous owners wide wheels.
Head unit connected to lights for reasons I do not know but never bothered me.
Seats could do with a steam clean but I've only owned the car around 2 months and never got round to it.
Coilover is sometimes squeaky.
No service history - v5 and previous MOT

It is a cracking car I bought it on 126000 miles so done 3000 miles in about 2 months only problem was a wheel bearing, starts first time every time havnt had to use the choke once.

As previously stated number plate not included.
Will come on F566 LVS











To be honest I'm unsure on price. I no longer have steels so no option on wheels

Ideally I want £1600.

Part ex had to be a 2 door car. I would love a mk1 golf tin top.
