Thinking of getting a few bits done on the mk4, wing, front and rear bumpers and bonnet but wondering if a full respray would be a better option. Anyone know a bodyshop that I could chat to for advise and quotes?

It's on the harpenden Southdown estate, it's pretty easy to find.

Yeah, he smoothed my front bumper and also did my bonnet notch, he's a good guy to get work done by, quite competitive prices too.
Of you just need dents pulled look up F1 dents on google, he's better of its that sorta stuff you need doing as hell come to you.
