Cannot believe I am considering doing this

Ok not to get anyone's hopes up (Ma) but honestly, leaving out the sarcastic unhelpful comments, how much could I ask for my car? The guy I bought her off wants her back - he wants to know how much I'm looking for. I'm aware I won't get what I've spent on it but I will not sell it for what I paid for her. 
She has - 
207k on clock
Engine replacement from 1990 GTI
Clutch less than 2 years old
2 x new fuel pumps
1 x new battery 
Dizzy less than 6 months old
Etc etc. 
Car is solid underneath, has had in excess of £400 of welding. 
11 months MOT (of which I spent over £400 getting it to)
6 months tax 

OK .......... its worth what someone will pay for it.

worst case senario

in metal (scrap value) £150+

with an mot -£200 +

four wheels/ good tyres- £300+

receipts for maintenence altho expensive cant really be
included you may get back a bit not much tho

real world price £400
especially because of the engine issues it does neeed i full overhaul

its a mk2 ripe for engine transplant
