Shameless plug for charity

Hi guy's,
I'm taking part in this years off road london to brighton bike ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation (september). It is 75miles in total and I would appreciate any spare pennies http://original.justgiving.com/stephendowns

I'm on specialized hardrock comp. It's not a race but I think there might be some who treat it like one.

I can't offer anyhting financial as I've just bought a house, but if you like I could do you a full service for free?

obviously parts you'd have to pay for, but labour would be nothing!

Mainly bridleways with some single track so anything too knobbly will hinder not help in theory

na mate knobbly tyers dont hinder they help cus ,they make more noice on tarmac and other cycleists move over and get out the way quicker

british heart foundation website mate, only have to raise £50 sponsorship to enter, so if your gonna ride you might as well make some money at the same time

maybe go for few training rides before had as well??
i go out most nites but sats and suns are me 20+ mile bike rides
